Movies: The Phantom of the Opera, The Last Samurai, most animated Disney movies, Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, Spider-man, Spider-man 2, the Harry Potter Movies, The Princess Bride, The Lord of the Rings movies, The Mummy, The Mummy 2, Ever After, Dirty Dancing, V for Vendetta, Waitress, Hitch, Clueless, Bewitched, Mean Girls, Troy, Juno, Waitress, Stranger Than Fiction, and many, many more.
Books: The Sword of Truth series, the Harry Potter series, the Gemma Doyle series, the Mortal Instruments series, Pride and Prejudice, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, things by Ellen Hopkins, Ella Enchanted, The Witch of Blackbird Pond, The DaVinci Code, The Hobbit are a couple.

Music: Too many bands and singers to count, so I'll just list genres: opera, pop, alternative, some jazz, classical, (symphonic) metal, gothic rock, do-wop, broadway/showtunes, folk, dance, new age, r&b, some rap/hip-hop. Pretty much anything as long as it's melodic and not too noisy.

Dislikes
Movies: Horror movies (except a few, like The Shining), stupid teen sex movies, Spirit, Spiderman 3, Disney sequels (excluding Aladdin 3), Pirates of the Caribbean 2 and 3.
Books: Twilight, other crappy teen novels such as Gingerbread, things by Carolyn Mackler, etc.
Music: My biggest dislike here is when people with no vocal talent sing professionally anyway, such as pretty much any Disney-promoted "artist" aimed at young audiences aka the Jonas Brothers, anyone from the cast of High School Musical, Hilary Duff, among others. As far as genres go, I dislike really loud metal/screaming that's more noise than anything, and rap/hip-hop that lacks any interesting musicality.
General: Pixar (except for Wall-E and Finding Nemo), OOC pairings, Mary-Sues/Gary-Stus, bad fanfiction, people who think that internet anonymity gives them the right to be rude/obnoxious.
Hobbies
Singing, reading, writing, watching movies, talking to my friends, rollerblading, icon-making, vlogging, wasting way too much time on the internet.
